Did you know that Tower 23 IT is available to help you outside of normal business hours? That means if you have a bright idea in the middle of the night, but can’t log into your computer – Tower 23 is there. Or if you get to work early for a meeting, but can’t print the agenda – Tower 23 is there too!
Normal business hours for One IT Now users are 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, and 6:00 am – 9:00 pm for One IT Now Plus users. If you or one of your employees need help outside of these times, they are welcome to call Tower 23. After-hours services are billable and must be approved by a decision maker at the company.
