Tower 23 IT recently hired Paul Henry at their branch in Encinitas California. Paul is an experienced technician with a demonstrated history of excellence in the warehouse automation, construction and managed IT solution industries.
As a systems administrator at Tower 23 IT, Paul’s job will be to:
- Work with clients, both remotely and in-person to resolve IT issues.
- Install computer programs along with printing and scanning technologies.
- Help clients migrate to new desktop, laptop and tablet technologies.
- Manage anti-malware security software to prevent spyware and viruses, and spam.
Eric Caslow, IT Services Manager, commented, “Paul will be contributing to the Reactive Support Service Delivery area both remotely and onsite to quickly resolve issues for our clients. His previous industry experience in both IT and outsourcing will allow him to immediately contribute to the success of our clients.
